ELISA FIORILLO

I had a number of people ask me what song is playing on the front page of my website. You can hear the song in it's entirety on the Bio page. You can turn the sound on or off at the bottom of the page. The song is a song I wrote in 2000 called "Little Flower". I seriously had a dream and in the dream, the melody came to me. I woke up and sang it into a tape recorder and the next day the words flowed from my brain onto the paper. My maiden/stage name "Fiorillo" means "Little Flower" in Italian. I wanted to write a song about growth, going after your dreams and letting go of your fears....and it just so happened that while I was writing it I realized that a flower has a lot of the same qualities, ups and downs and cycles that we have. It is one of my favorite songs. I will change the songs on the front page and bio page periodically and feature some of my favorite original songs. I am currently working on making them available for download...I'll keep you posted when I get it all figured out! Thanks for your support and for inquiring about "Little Flower".  Luv- Elisa
